NeoLithica exists to help build a secure, domestic source of lithium for Canada's critical mineral supply chain — one developed responsibly, from the ground up, in the province best positioned to deliver it.

We believe Alberta holds a rare combination: a genuinely large, independently validated lithium-brine resource, and decades of existing oil and gas infrastructure, expertise, and workforce that most emerging lithium jurisdictions simply don't have. Our mission is to bring these together — using Direct Lithium Extraction technology and our modular "Hub & Spoke" production model to convert that resource into battery-grade lithium carbonate in a way that is both economically viable and meaningfully less disruptive to the land than conventional lithium production.

We're building toward production because Canada, and the allied battery and clean energy supply chains it serves, need a reliable domestic source of lithium that doesn't depend on evaporation ponds, open-pit mining, or supply chains concentrated in politically uncertain regions. Every stage of our development — from resource definition through pilot testing to commercial scale-up — is designed to prove that lithium can be produced here, profitably, without repeating the environmental trade-offs of the past.

We also believe that lasting production requires lasting relationships. That means consulting early and honestly with the governments, First Nations, and communities of the Peace River and Redwater regions, and building an operation those communities can stand behind for the decades this resource is expected to support.
