— PRODUCTION ARCHITECTURE
Direct lithium extraction, tested on our own brine.
No evaporation ponds. No open pit. Brine goes down a column, lithium comes off it, and the water goes back where it came from.
— NEAR TERM · 100% OWNED
Four steps, one closed loop.
— WHY IT MATTERS
The environmental case
is the economic case.
Conventional brine lithium relies on evaporation ponds: enormous land footprints, 12–24 month cycle times, and heavy consumptive water use in places that cannot spare it. Hard-rock lithium trades that for open pits, crushing circuits and roasting energy.
DLE collapses the cycle time from months to hours, keeps the footprint to an industrial pad, and — because the brine is re-injected — does not permanently remove water from the basin. The same properties that make it defensible also make it faster to cash flow.
— PILOT RESULTS
What the testing actually showed.
Geo40 completed DLE pilot testing on 6,000 litres of Peace River brine at its facility in Estevan, Saskatchewan.
These are pilot-scale results reported by the testing operator and have not been independently verified by a third party. Pilot performance is an input to a commercial design, not a substitute for one; recovery and purity at continuous commercial scale may differ materially. NeoLithica’s development plan treats a field demonstration pilot as the next required step.
