Connecting at PDAC: Navigating the World of Mineral Exploration

NeoLithica engaged in conversations with key decision-makers at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) convention in Toronto. During the convention, NeoLithica's representatives had productive discussions with notable individuals, including Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, François-Philippe Champagne, and Minister of International, Export Promotion, Small Business and Economic Development, Mary Ng.
The company also held dialogues with executives of significant relevance, including industry CEOs and representatives of Global Affairs Canada. These engagements were instrumental in strengthening NeoLithica's ties with key stakeholders and positioning the company for future collaborations and support.
NeoLithica reports 10 million tonnes of inferred LCE resource at its Peace River Project in its updated NI 43-101 technical resource report

NeoLithica is pleased to announce it has updated its National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) technical resource report and reports an inferred mineral resource estimate of 10 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE), at an average grade of 70.0 mg/L for its Peace River Project area, 500 kilometres northwest of Edmonton, Alberta.
“We are very excited to release the results of our NI 43-101 Technical Report on our Peace River Project, which provides a solid foundation for the project's potential as a significant lithium resource,” said Barry Caplan, Founder and President of NeoLithica. “We believe that the inferred mineral resource estimate, combined with our development strategy, puts us in a strong position to create significant value for our shareholders.”
The 43-101 Technical Resource Report was prepared for NeoLithica by Gordon Macmillan, P.Geol. of Fluid Domains Inc. of Calgary, Alberta. NeoLithica believes the ubiquitous Leduc Reservoir in Alberta has the potential to be a significant source of lithium. Given the size of the inferred resource and its anticipated high production rates, the Company believes that its Peace River Project has the potential to deliver enough brine to produce up to 125,000 tonnes per year of battery-grade lithium carbonate for years to come.
NeoLithica will continue to advance the Peace River Project through additional near-term development, including drilling evaluation wells and conducting additional detailed reservoir hydrogeology with the goal of upgrading the inferred mineral resource to higher categories.

Mitchell Smith is the Founder, CEO & Director of Global Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV:GEMC | OTC:GBLEF), a publicly listed company providing shareholders investment exposure to the battery metals supply chain through a growing portfolio of jurisdictionally safe exploration critical mineral projects in close proximity to end-use application. He is also the COO & Director for London Stock Exchange listed Panther Metals PLC (LSE:PALM) and is an important stakeholder and board member for several private mining companies including U.S. Battery Metals, Element Minerals Australia, Fulcrum Metals, OnGold Invest Corp., and Power Metal Resources Canada.
Mitchell has over 15 years of executive leadership, entrepreneurship and capital markets experience at all stages of the junior mining lifecycle. Through his network, knowledge and passion for the natural resource space, he is presently leveraging his unique skills to enable and strengthen awareness around the battery and energy metals sector. NeoLithica publishes its maiden NI 43-101 report

NeoLithica is pleased to announce it has completed its maiden National Instrument 43-101 technical report on its Peace River Project, that comprises thirty contiguous Metallic and Industrial Minerals Permits.
The broad areal extent and thick reservoir sections of the Devonian-age formations across NeoLithica’s mineral tenure was favourable to the creation of very large oil and gas fields, with correspondingly high permeability contributing to very strong fluid production rates. The Devonian is, by a significant factor, the largest single host for petroleum resources in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Devonian reservoirs are estimated to contain 50.7 and 23.0 percent of western Canada’s conventional oil and gas reserves, respectively.
The conventional nature of these pools resulted in a significant portion of the reservoir height being water bearing. These 'wet' intervals are connected to a widespread aquifer, or waterdrive. A strong aquifer drive often resulted in the abundant flow of water to the wellbore. This characteristic, while deleterious to maximizing oil and gas recovery, is expected to be a strong and beneficial factor in providing the high volume of brine necessary for the commercial production of lithium from formation waters.
NeoLithica anticipates releasing an updated NI 43-101 report, stating an inferred lithium resource over the Peace River Project, in Q3 2022.

NeoLithica is pleased to announce it has completed a detailed geological review of its Peace River Project. As a strong prospect for lithium extraction and the production of valuable lithium compounds, the Peace River Project displays a number of intriguing attributes, and benefits from well developed transportation and other accessible infrastructure.
The past and current oil and gas industry activity has demonstrated the capacity to exploit the subsurface reservoirs in the region, demonstrating evidence of large-scale pore-space volumes of brine with high levels of permeability. Several brine analyses in the immediate region have revealed relatively high lithium concentrations that are favourable for direct lithium extraction followed by refining to produce battery-grade lithium carbonate.

NeoLithica was proud to exhibit at the inaugural Peace Region Energy Show (PRES), sponsored by the Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce and the Grande Prairie Petroleum Association, on May 18 and 19, 2022 in Grande Prairie, Alberta,
PRES follows in the footsteps of the very successful and popular Peace Region Petroleum Show which ran biennially from 1995 to 2019. The Petroleum Show was re-branded to the Energy Show to keep it relevant and inclusive. The PRES provides exhibitors a platform to showcase their businesses and tell their stories, while opening the doors for emerging technologies and the renewable energy sector.
The PRES is one of the largest energy trade shows in Western Canada and features hundreds of exhibiting companies. The energy sector is one of the pillars of the Peace Region’s economy, and has made major contributions to the quality of life enjoyed by its residents. The Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce has nearly 12-hundred member-businesses and is the third largest chamber of commerce in Alberta, allowing it to be a strong advocate for the industry and provide a unified voice for companies to all levels of government.
